1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, downloading the Reflection Guide, purchasing or completing The Weight and The Wait™ Assessment, receiving an Assessment Snapshot, purchasing or participating in The Weight and The Wait™ Private Strategy Session, The Weight and The Wait™ Private Strategy Package, or any other offering from De Jari Consulting LLC (“De Jari Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site, access the materials, or purchase or participate in an offering.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our offerings. By using the site or an offering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials identified as such, the content created and provided by De Jari Consulting LLC through this site and its offerings, including the Reflection Guide, Assessment, Assessment Snapshot, Private Strategy Session and Private Strategy Package materials, The Weight and The Wait™ paired framework, written content, graphics, recordings, and website copy, is owned by or licensed to De Jari Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Weight and The Wait™ is a trademark of De Jari Consulting LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under these Terms.

4. Limited Personal-Use License

Access to the Reflection Guide or purchase of an offering grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or professional development. This license does not permit you to:

• Share, copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute the materials to others;

• Share account credentials, protected links, Assessment questions, results, or scoring information;

• Use the materials to train, coach, counsel, or assess others in a commercial or organizational capacity;

• Record, repost, or republish any part of a live or recorded offering without written permission; or

• Claim authorship or ownership of the framework, materials, or their components.

5. Educational Purpose; Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

The Weight and The Wait™ Assessment, Assessment Snapshot, Reflection Guide, Private Strategy Session, Private Strategy Package, coaching, consultations, and related content are educational and developmental in nature. They do not provide and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No attorney-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship is created through the site or any offering.

An offering may include an educational presentation or participation by a trained mental health professional. That participation does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship with De Jari Consulting LLC or the presenter. If you need professional care or are experiencing a crisis, contact an appropriately licensed professional or emergency service.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Offer Credits

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly provided at checkout or agreed to in writing by De Jari Consulting LLC. Except where otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including purchases of the Assessment, Private Strategy Session, Private Strategy Package, consultations, digital materials, editing support, and other services. Failure to complete an Assessment, attend a scheduled session, participate in a service, or use purchased materials does not entitle the purchaser to a refund. If De Jari Consulting LLC cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or comparable alternative, the purchaser will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled service. Amounts previously paid by the same purchaser for The Weight and The Wait™ Assessment or Private Strategy Session may be applied toward a higher-level current offer as follows:

• The $197 paid for the Assessment may be applied toward the Private Strategy Session or Private Strategy Package.

• Amounts previously paid for the Assessment and Private Strategy Session may be applied toward the Private Strategy Package, up to a maximum total credit of $997.

The purchaser must contact De Jari Consulting LLC before making the higher-level purchase so the appropriate payment arrangement or private purchase option can be provided. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may be used only once, do not create a right to a refund, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly authorized in writing.

7. Scheduling, Attendance, and Changes to Services or Offerings

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and services and for using the scheduling instructions provided. De Jari Consulting LLC may reasonably change a session date, time, format, presenter, platform, content, service, or offering. We will provide notice of a material change using the contact information associated with the purchase. Any rescheduling, transfer, or accommodation requested by a purchaser is subject to availability and our written approval and does not create a right to a refund.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully and may not threaten, harass, disrupt, unlawfully discriminate against, or infringe the rights of others. De Jari Consulting LLC may remove or suspend a participant for conduct that violates these Terms, ordinarily without a refund.

You may not record, repost, or republish any part of a live or recorded offering without written permission.

9. Accounts, Security, and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or protected access link has been used without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, account sharing, infringement, misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site and offerings may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including Kajabi, ScoreApp, Zoom, scheduling tools, email providers, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. De Jari Consulting LLC does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s availability, security, content, or independent acts or omissions.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the De Jari Consulting LLC Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site or an offering, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Notice.

12. No Guarantee of Outcomes

De Jari Consulting LLC provides educational, coaching, and consulting content and services. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, career, financial, or other outcome. Results depend on factors including your own effort, decisions, circumstances, and application of the material.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Jari Consulting LLC and its founder, employees, contractors, presenters, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the site, materials, or offerings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted. Your continued use of the site or offerings after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the applicable checkout terms, and any separate written agreement between you and De Jari Consulting LLC constitute the entire agreement concerning the site and the applicable offering and supersede prior discussions or communications concerning the same subject matter.
