Privacy Notice for The Weight and The Wait™ 

OVERVIEW

De Jari Consulting LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information submitted through The Weight and The Wait™ Assessment and related consultations, Debriefs, strategy sessions, and private consulting services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your country and general location
• Your occupation or professional field
• Your assessment responses and Weight and Wait scores
• Optional demographic and contextual information, including age, sex at birth, race or ethnicity, employment status, and immigration-related experiences
• Responses to unscored reflection questions
• Information you provide when scheduling or participating in a Debrief
• Information you provide during consultations, Debriefs, strategy sessions, and other private services
• Scheduling, purchase, and service-delivery records
• Client-developed Action Maps or plans and information needed to prepare Strategy Summaries or session summaries
• Limited technical information collected by the platforms used to deliver the service, such as device, browser, cookie, and usage information

Questions identified as optional may be skipped. Please do not provide names or identifying details about other people, legal case details, medical information, financial account information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your coaching experience.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Confirm eligibility to participate
• Deliver your Weight and Wait Snapshot
• Prepare for and conduct Debriefs, strategy sessions, and other purchased services
• Administer and improve the assessment and coaching experience
• Respond to questions and provide participant support
• Maintain the security and functionality of the service
• Comply with applicable legal and business requirements

Your information will not be used as human-subjects research at launch. If De Jari Consulting LLC conducts research in the future, eligible participants will receive separate information and consent materials before their information is included.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use third-party service providers to operate this service. ScoreApp hosts the assessment and processes assessment responses, scores, and lead-form information. Kajabi hosts this Privacy Notice and may support related webpages or communications. We may also use scheduling, email, videoconferencing, payment, or other administrative providers when needed.

These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures. Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live.

SHARING AND SALE OF INFORMATION

De Jari Consulting LLC does not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the assessment and related consultations, Debriefs, strategy sessions, and private consulting services.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or court order; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, another person, De Jari Consulting LLC, or the public; or to address fraud, misuse, or security concerns. This may include circumstances involving suspected abuse or neglect of a child or a serious threat of harm to you or another person.

DATA RETENTION

We generally retain identifiable assessment responses and related participant information for up to 12 months after completion of the assessment. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to complete an ongoing service, maintain required business or transaction records, resolve a dispute, protect legal rights, or comply with applicable law.

When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect participant information. Assessment information submitted through ScoreApp is transmitted using HTTPS/SSL encryption. Our additional safeguards include limiting access to authorized persons, using password-protected accounts, enabling multifactor authentication when available, securing devices used to access participant information, and limiting unnecessary downloads or duplicate copies of participant records.

For your privacy, complete the assessment on a private device when possible. If you use a shared or public device, close the browser when finished and clear any saved login information or browsing data.

No electronic transmission, platform, or method of storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also ask questions about how your information is used.

To submit a request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Service-related communications may be sent as necessary to deliver your Snapshot, coordinate your Debrief, or administer the service.

Any consent to receive promotional or marketing emails is optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or contacting us.

COOKIES AND TECHNICAL DATA

ScoreApp, Kajabi, and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their platforms, maintain security, remember preferences, and understand platform usage. Their use of these technologies is governed by their respective privacy practices.

ADULT PARTICIPANTS

The assessment is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect assessment information from children.

ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT

The Weight and The Wait™ Assessment is a coaching and strategic-reflection tool. It is not a medical, mental-health, diagnostic, legal, immigration, or emergency service.

The assessment is not continuously monitored and should not be used to request immediate assistance or report an emergency. If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or another person, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service in your location.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Privacy Notice as the assessment, our services, legal requirements, or our practices change. The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.
